We focus on reverse engineering success, so we start with creating the commercial plan in the very first phases of the project rather than at the end. We utilize proprietary methods to conduct deep consumer insight work. We’ve achieved great success by focusing on five consumers - the right five consumers - over six weeks for a total of 12 hours and that provides us with as much knowledge as 50 focus groups.
